Draft - needs legal review before launch
Trust & Safety
This draft trust page explains the basic safety controls intended for the FleetFSM MVP.
Verified providers
The platform can support provider verification by allowing providers to submit documents for admin review. Verification is a trust signal, not a guarantee of service quality, legal compliance, or future performance.
Order privacy and access
Public marketplace listings should avoid exposing sensitive customer details. More detailed order information is intended to be shown only to authorized users, such as the customer, assigned provider, shortlisted provider, accepted provider, or administrator.
File upload safety
The platform may restrict file size and allowed file types, block dangerous extensions, scan files when antivirus service is available, and hide files that are not considered safe for download.
Reviews and moderation
Reviews are intended to help future users make decisions. Administrators may hide or restore reviews when they appear abusive, irrelevant, fraudulent, or harmful to marketplace trust.
Account blocking
Administrators may block accounts that appear to abuse the platform, scrape data, impersonate others, upload unsafe content, misrepresent services, or otherwise create safety, legal, or trust risks.
Limits of platform responsibility
FleetFSM is an intermediary. Customers and providers remain responsible for their own agreements, pricing, work quality, legal duties, payments, taxes, warranties, and dispute resolution.
